Dispatch Times

All of our products are made to order with care. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of them being placed.

UK Delivery

Worldwide Delivery

  • Cost: £9.99

  • Service: Royal Mail International Tracked

  • Delivery Time: This service provides tracking to a number of worldwide destinations. Delivery times can vary depending on the destination country's postal service. Please allow up to 14 working days for your order to arrive. Any customs charges or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds Policy

All of our items are made to order and personalised just for you.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will happily arrange a full refund for you upon the safe return of the item.

Please note, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
